Firstly, we aren’t like any other dog training or dog behavior business. Our programs are completely customized based on your dog’s current situation, and your relationship/behavior goals with them. You are NOT required to train with an ecollar.
In fact, we don’t recommend a course of action or training tool, until we actually get to evaluate your dog in-person and learn more about what is causing the problematic or unwanted behaviors. Every dog is different, therefore every dog should be trained differently!
Secondly, all our programs come with unlimited group classes for the life of your dog. Therefore we guarantee to keep working with you until you reach your training goals! Group classes help proof all of the new skills and behaviors your dog is learning, as well as socialize your pup with other trained and well-mannered dogs…while being supervised by a professional dog trainer!

Unfortunately, “professional dog trainers” in North Carolina do not need any certification, or insurance to train your dogs. Which is why so many backyard trainers are popping up and promising you unrealistic results.

We are the ONLY dog training company in Charlotte that uses all quadrants of operant conditioning, as well as classical. We emphasize positive reinforcement with a balanced dog training approach. Our programs vary in price depending on where your dog is currently, and how long we estimate it will take to reach your goals. The only way we can give an accurate quote is by evaluating your dog during our free transformation session. Our signature 6-week program is $2,900, but not every single dog we meet is a great fit.
Yes, we offer in house financing as well as PayPal credit or Lending USA options to our clients. Payment plans can vary as low as $120 a month for up to 3 years.
Yes! We guarantee group class for the rest of your dogs life for both maintenance and to reach your goals if they are not met during your program (program must be paid in full). It doesn’t matter if you need 3 months or 3 years. As long as you keep coming back to club, we will continue helping you until you are satisfied.
